General Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice
2. If you don't have your original invoice, include your name and shipping address as it appeared on the invoice

- We do not provide return shipping labels
- Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the return date for your account to be credited

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

- Damaged
- Wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

Additional Policies

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Delivery takes 4-6 weeks on custom sales items
- For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted

Refund Process

2. You'll be informed if the refund is approved
3. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method
